Fundrate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following policy for addressing any copyright infringement claims.

If you believe that any content on Fundrate infringes upon your copyrighted work, please provide us with the necessary information as outlined below, so we can take appropriate action.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on our site, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the allegedly infringing content is located on Fundrate (e.g., the URL).
  • Your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email address).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send the notice to: [email protected]

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content removed in response to a DMCA takedown notice was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled and where it was located before it was removed.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email address).
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any district court in which Fundrate may be found.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

Fundrate reserves the right to terminate the accounts or block access of users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Good Faith Notice

We may choose not to respond to DMCA notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, or filed in bad faith. Filing a false DMCA notice is a violation of the law and can result in legal penalties.
